Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 2–7 business days in Canada and 4–10 business days in the U.S.

9. Do I need a prescription?
No. BioEquine is a non-medicated nutritional supplement and does not require a veterinary prescription.

10. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, sealed tubs within 14 days of purchase. Opened tubs cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

11. Is BioEquine only for horses?
BioEquine is formulated for horses. While some customers use it for other animals, we recommend consulting a veterinarian before giving any supplement to non-horse species.

Our Founder, B. Lynne Hoff

Lynne comes from a long line of horsemen and brings 60 years of horsemanship skills to the horse industry and is best known for owning and standing the Canadian Legend and top reining horse sireΒ CHICS IN THE MALE. (β€œBubba”) was the first son of Smart Chic Olena that was imported into Canada and has produced more Canadian Supreme Open Reining Futurity Champions than any other sire in the 40 year history of the event.

Lynne continues to reside on Sunglade Ranch at Sundre, Alberta, Canada, and at a vibrant 77 years young, she got bored with trail riding her retired Bubba babies and bought herself a new cutting horse!
