Shipping

We ship all orders from Sundre, Alberta, Canada via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx.

Processing Time: Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Canada Delivery: 2–7 business days after shipping
U.S. Delivery: 4–10 business days after shipping
Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.
Duties & Taxes: None for U.S. shipments (eligible under CUSMA, HS Code 2309.90)
Returns

We accept returns on unopened, sealed tubs within 14 days of purchase.

Due to the nature of animal health products, opened tubs cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

To start a return, contact us at orders@bioequine.com with your order number and reason for return.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, please contact us at orders@bioequine.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

About Lynne

Our Founder, B. Lynne Hoff

Lynne comes from a long line of horsemen and brings 60 years of horsemanship skills to the horse industry and is best known for owning and standing the Canadian Legend and top reining horse sire CHICS IN THE MALE. (“Bubba”) was the first son of Smart Chic Olena that was imported into Canada and has produced more Canadian Supreme Open Reining Futurity Champions than any other sire in the 40 year history of the event.

Lynne continues to reside on Sunglade Ranch at Sundre, Alberta, Canada, and at a vibrant 77 years young, she got bored with trail riding her retired Bubba babies and bought herself a new cutting horse!
